I am…

…a wife of 4 years. My husband’s name is Russell…he is the most amazingly wonderful man. I have been fortunate to have him in my life for the past 8 years, which have been the most transforming 8 years thus far He is a constant in my life…which if you know anything about us and how often our life changes…his consistancy is what keeps me sane

…a mother of 9 months. We have been blessed with the most beautiful baby girl, Tessa. She has a contagious smile and personality that makes me fall to my knees and give thanks. I promised myself I would not be the mom whose life becomes all about their child, however I can’t help it…I think I get a pass for now though..I mean really, she’s only nine months old!

…a daughter for 27 years. My parents live in Iowa, which is where Russell and I are from. I am constantly trying to remember how they created a feeling of security, trust, and unconditional love in our house so I can pass it along to my children…I couldn’t have asked for better parents.

…a sister for 23 years. One of my brothers, Zane, is 23 and getting married to a wonderful (and brave) woman in June. My other brother, Lucas, is 19 and in the National Guard. I’m so proud of both of them!
